IT & DevOps Consulting
Technical clarity for
scaling organisations
Most IT problems in growing businesses are architectural — decisions made at 10 people that create bottlenecks at 100. We identify them, document them, and define a path forward.

How consulting engagements work
Engagements begin with a scoping call to define the problem and the expected deliverable. We then agree on format: fixed-price project, time-and-materials advisory, or ongoing retainer. All work produces documented outputs — not verbal recommendations.
Frequently asked questions
What does a consulting engagement typically produce?
A written deliverable: architecture diagrams, audit findings, a prioritised roadmap, or implementation specifications. We do not bill for conversation — there is always a documented output.
Can you help us migrate from on-premise to cloud?
Yes. We assess the current environment, plan the migration in phases, and can either manage the migration ourselves or work alongside your existing team.
Do you work with companies that have an in-house IT team?
Frequently. Many engagements are advisory — we provide expertise and direction, and your team executes. The scope is agreed upfront.
What if we only need a one-time review?
A fixed-price technical audit can be arranged. This typically covers a specific area (security, cloud costs, DevOps process) and produces a written report with findings and recommendations.
