Company Statement
Starneo Projekt B.V. was registered in the Netherlands, Amsterdam, in May 2026. We are a focused IT services business — not a generalist agency — with three core practice areas: custom software development, IT and DevOps consulting, and IT support under structured SLAs.
Our client base is European B2B companies: businesses with 10 to 500 employees that need technical capability without the overhead of building it in-house. We work across industries — logistics, professional services, manufacturing, and technology — wherever there is a genuine operational problem that software or IT infrastructure can solve.
We are a new company. We do not have ten years of client logos or a portfolio of completed case studies to display. What we do have is a clear operating model, transparent pricing, and an explicit commitment to accuracy in everything we communicate — which is rarer than it should be.

We do not publish testimonials we cannot verify, statistics we cannot source, or case studies from work that does not exist.
